We are currently living through some pretty difficult times with sickness and civil unrest. Everyday as individuals we are faced with different challenges. Life challenges. Business Challenges. Challenges ranging from sickness and disease to personal inner peace and happiness. The question is, how do we handle these challenges? Ultimately, this is left up to you. That being said, you don’t have to go it alone. The scriptures tell us in Hebrews 10:24 Let us think of ways to motivate one another through acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another.

In society today we are often faced with decisions to make in accordance to what everyone else seems to be doing.. Only because it seems to be the proven way. However following someone else’s course or another company model is not always the
path to guaranteed success at any level. When forming Pioneer Texas, we wanted to take a non traditional approach to our business and create a company that stood for service by encouragement. We set out to create a “people centric” culture, starting with our associates. By doing so, we were able to create a solid foundation that projected its care and encouragement to our clients.
2 years later we are growing strong with a service first culture of encouragement that reflects through our leadership team. We have hand picked our leadership core to ensure the continuation of our culture and respect of all who we come in contact with. Even through a pandemic, winter storms, and daily set backs we have a team that sticks together through the encouragement of one another to ensure the completion of any given task at any given time.
